Tenang, operated by Purple Playhouse Sdn Bhd

These terms govern your membership of Tenang. By joining, you agree to them. Please read them with the Refund Policy, the Medical Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy, which all form part of your agreement with us.

1. Who we are

Tenang is operated by Purple Playhouse Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202501022013 / 1623426-K), referred to as "we", "us", or "PPSB". Contact: hello@drnisakhalil.com.

2. What Tenang is

Tenang is a paediatrician-led education and community membership. It gives you access to a content library, a members community, and group live sessions.

Tenang is not a medical service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or individual medical advice, and using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. See the Medical Disclaimer. For your child's specific health concerns, see a doctor.

3. Membership and founding terms

• Founding membership is a one-off payment of RM197 for the first year, limited to the first 100 members.
• Your founding rate is locked for life, meaning you may renew each year at the founding rate while you remain a continuous member, even as the public price rises.
• If you cancel and later rejoin, the founding rate may no longer be available.
• We may add, change, or remove features over time as the platform grows. We will not reduce the core value you signed up for without notice.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By joining you authorise the charge for your membership. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and, where applicable, inclusive of any taxes we are required to charge.

5. Refunds

Founding members are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Full terms are in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

To keep the community safe and useful, you agree not to:

• Share your access or content outside the membership.
• Post harmful, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Give medical advice to other members or present yourself as their clinician.
• Use Tenang to promote competing or unrelated commercial services without our consent.

We may remove content or suspend members who break these rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting in the community, you give us permission to display it within Tenang for the purpose of running the service.

8. Our content

The content library and materials are owned by PPSB or our contributors and are for your personal use as a member. Please do not copy, resell, or distribute them outside Tenang.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Tenang running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance or change how the service works.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, PPSB is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Tenang, including any decision made based on general educational content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending membership

You may cancel at any time. We may end or suspend a membership for breach of these terms. On cancellation, access ends at the close of your paid period unless a refund applies under the Refund Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia have jurisdiction.
