If Tenang is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund your RM197 in full. No lengthy forms, no hard feelings.
Email hello@drnisakhalil.com from the address you signed up with, within 14 days of your payment, and ask for a refund. We will process it to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
When a refund is issued, your Tenang membership ends. You will be removed from the members community and the content library.
The guarantee covers the first 14 days. After that, your founding membership runs for the rest of the year you paid for. You can choose not to renew at the end of the year, and you will keep access until the paid year ends.
Refunds are for the membership amount you paid. Note that payment-processor fees, where they apply, are set by the provider and are outside our control.
